1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Muslim Marriage Bureau Center website or services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Eligibility

  • You must be of legal marriageable age as per applicable law.
  • You must be genuinely seeking marriage in accordance with Islamic principles.
  • You must provide accurate and truthful information in your biodata.

3. Use of Services

Our services are intended solely for lawful matrimonial purposes. Any misuse — including harassment, fraud, misrepresentation, or contacting members for non-matrimonial reasons — will result in immediate removal without refund.

4. Membership & Fees

Certain services require payment. Fees are disclosed prior to purchase. You are responsible for keeping your account information current.

5. Accuracy of Biodata

You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit. We may verify details but do not guarantee the authenticity of any member's information. Members should independently verify prospective matches before making any commitment.

6. No Guarantee of Match

We facilitate introductions and share compatible profiles, but we do not guarantee a match, proposal acceptance, or marriage. Outcomes depend on the will of Allah and the mutual consent of families.

7. Prohibited Conduct

  • Submitting false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
  • Using the platform for commercial solicitation or spam.
  • Sharing another member's information without consent.
  • Any behaviour contrary to Islamic ethics or Indian law.

8. Limitation of Liability

Muslim Marriage Bureau Center is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to interactions between members or decisions made based on information received through our platform.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access at our discretion if these Terms are violated, without any obligation to refund fees paid.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Nagpur, Maharashtra.
