Refund Policy

At Muslim Marriage Bureau Center, we strive to provide honest, valuable matrimonial services rooted in Islamic values. Please read this Refund Policy carefully before making any payment for membership services.

2. Non-Refundable Fees

All registration fees, membership charges, and service payments are strictly non-refundable once the service has been activated. This is because our team begins verification, biodata processing, and matchmaking effort immediately upon activation.

3. Eligibility for Refund

A refund may be considered only in the following exceptional cases:

  • Duplicate payment made for the same plan due to a technical error.
  • Payment charged but membership was not activated from our side.
  • Service was not delivered within the stated timeframe due to our fault.

4. Refund Request Process

  1. Email your request to muslimmarriagebureaucenter@gmail.com within 7 days of the transaction.
  2. Include your full name, registered mobile number, plan purchased, date of payment, and transaction ID.
  3. Our team will review the request and respond within 7 working days.
  4. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10–14 working days.

5. No Refund Situations

  • Dissatisfaction with the number or type of profiles shared.
  • Failure to receive a proposal, engagement, or marriage during the plan period.
  • Change of mind after activation.
  • Account terminated due to violation of our Terms of Service.
  • Providing false or misleading information in your biodata.

6. Cancellation

You may discontinue our service at any time by informing us in writing. However, cancellation does not entitle you to a refund of any fees already paid, except as covered in Section 3 above.
